Working in cooperation with ownership groups, REITs and hotel management companies, we assist management and coordination of all hotel technology services from ground-breaking until opening day.

Working with our owners to ensure all franchise standards are met, we provide turn-key services for Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt Preferred status, as well as certified with Wyndham, Choice, Best Western and all other leading Brands. Safety and mitigating risk for our owners is our top priority. We ensure your New Build hotel meets all local, city and state codes regarding 911 Safety (Kari’s Law), location-based services (Ray Baum’s Act), and new regulations regarding Employee Safety Devices, Staff Alerting and Panic Buttons.

• Local/Long Distance and Trunking services
• Hotel Phone system
• Fiber Internet and Data services
• Free to Guest TV and Guest Room Entertainment services
• Disconnection of any lines used in construction that are not necessary after final services are implemented
